Ishlab chiquvchi / Who we are
ASMR Universe ilovasi (app.asmruniverse.asmrUniverse) mustaqil dasturchi Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, O‘zbekiston) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan va boshqariladi. Ushbu siyosatda “biz” deganda shu dasturchi nazarda tutiladi. ASMR Universe — ASMR audio va videolarni tinglash/ko‘rish, uyqu taymeri va sevimlilar kutubxonasi ilovasi.
ASMR Universe (app.asmruniverse.asmrUniverse) is developed and operated by the independent developer Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, Uzbekistan). “We”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean this developer. ASMR Universe is an app to listen to and watch ASMR audio and videos, with a sleep timer and a favourites library.
Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi va nima uchun / What data we collect and why
- Hisob (ixtiyoriy): ism, email va parol (serverda xeshlangan). Hisob sevimlilarni saqlash va qurilmalar o‘rtasida sinxronlash uchun kerak.
- Qurilmada: sevimlilar, tinglash sozlamalari, uyqu taymeri, til va kirish tokeni ilova xotirasida saqlanadi.
- Texnik: kontent yuklanayotganda serverga IP manzil va so‘rov ma’lumotlari keladi. Ular xizmatni ko‘rsatish va suiiste’molning oldini olish uchun ishlatiladi.
Biz joylashuv, kontaktlar yoki reklama identifikatorini yig‘maymiz. Ilovada reklama va analitika SDK’lari yo‘q.
- Account (optional): name, email and password (hashed on the server). An account is needed to save favourites and sync them across devices.
- On your device: favourites, playback settings, sleep timer, language and the login token are kept in app storage.
- Technical: when content loads, our server receives your IP address and request data. We use them to provide the service and prevent abuse.
We do not collect location, contacts or the advertising identifier. The app has no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari / Third-party services
- Backend hosting provayderi (xvest) — hisob va kontent katalogi shu serverda.
- YouTube (Google) — ba’zi videolar YouTube pleyeri orqali ko‘rsatiladi. Bunda YouTube Google maxfiylik siyosati asosida ma’lumot yig‘ishi mumkin.
- Backend hosting provider (xvest) — accounts and the content catalogue are stored there.
- YouTube (Google) — some videos play in the embedded YouTube player. YouTube may collect data under the Google Privacy Policy.
Saqlash muddati / Data retention
- Hisob ma’lumotlari — hisobingiz faol ekan.
- Hisob o‘chirilganda — darhol yoki 30 kun ichida serverdan o‘chiriladi.
- Server jurnallari — odatda 30 kungacha.
- Account data — while your account is active.
- When the account is deleted — removed from the server immediately or within 30 days.
- Server logs — typically up to 30 days.
Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish / Account and data deletion
Ilova ichida: Profil → “Hisobni o‘chirish” → tasdiqlang. Hisobingiz va serverdagi ma’lumotlaringiz o‘chiriladi.

In the app: Profile → “Delete Account” → confirm. Your account and server-side data are deleted.

Bolalar / Children
ASMR Universe 13 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalarga qaratilmagan va biz ulardan ongli ravishda ma’lumot yig‘maymiz. Hisob ochmasdan ham tinglash mumkin.
ASMR Universe is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. You can listen without creating an account.
Xavfsizlik va huquqlaringiz / Security and your rights
Biz shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida boshqalarga bermaymiz. Ma’lumotlarni faqat ilova ishlashi uchun kerakli xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar bilan yoki qonun talab qilganda ulashamiz. Parollar xeshlanadi va minimal ma’lumot yig‘iladi. Siz o‘z ma’lumotlaringizni ko‘rish, tuzatish, nusxasini olish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin (jumladan O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risida”gi qonuni asosida) — buning uchun quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing. Hech bir tizim 100% xavfsiz emas, lekin biz ma’lumotlarni ruxsatsiz kirishdan himoya qilish uchun oqilona choralar ko‘ramiz.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law. Passwords are hashed and only minimal data is collected. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data (including under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”) by writing to quvondiq0318@icloud.com. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
O‘zgarishlar / Changes to this policy
Siyosat yangilanganda ushbu sahifadagi “Oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi o‘zgaradi. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova yoki shu sahifa orqali xabar beramiz.
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date on this page. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
