Ishlab chiquvchi / Who we are
EVA Photo Editor ilovasi (uz.quvondiq.EVA) mustaqil dasturchi Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, O‘zbekiston) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan va boshqariladi. Ushbu siyosatda “biz” deganda shu dasturchi nazarda tutiladi. EVA — rasm va video tahrirlash ilovasi (filtrlar, effektlar, matn, audio, avtomatik subtitr va boshqalar).
EVA Photo Editor (uz.quvondiq.EVA) is developed and operated by the independent developer Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, Uzbekistan). “We”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean this developer. EVA is a photo and video editor (filters, effects, text, audio, auto-captions and more).
Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi va nima uchun / What data we collect and why
EVA hech qanday shaxsiy ma’lumotni yig‘maydi va bizga yubormaydi. Ilovada hisob, ro‘yxatdan o‘tish, server, reklama yoki analitika yo‘q.
- Siz tanlagan rasm va videolar, loyihalar va eksport qilingan fayllar faqat qurilmangizda (ilova xotirasi va Rasmlar kutubxonasi) saqlanadi.
- AI vositalari (fonni olib tashlash, avtomatik kadrlash, subtitrlar va boshqalar) Apple Vision va Speech framework’lari yordamida qurilmaning o‘zida ishlaydi. Nutqni aniqlash on-device rejimida bajariladi, media qurilmadan chiqmaydi.
EVA does not collect any personal data and sends nothing to us. There is no account, sign-up, server, advertising or analytics in the app.
- Photos and videos you pick, your projects and exports stay only on your device (app storage and your Photos library).
- AI tools (background removal, auto-reframe, captions, etc.) run on the device using Apple’s Vision and Speech frameworks. Speech recognition runs in on-device mode and media never leaves your device.
Qurilma ruxsatlari / Device permissions
Kamera — klip yozish. Mikrofon — ovoz yozish (voiceover). Rasmlar — media import qilish va tayyor videoni saqlash. Nutqni aniqlash — qurilmada avtomatik subtitr yaratish. Barcha ruxsatlar ixtiyoriy va iOS Sozlamalarida o‘chirilishi mumkin.
Camera — recording clips. Microphone — recording voiceovers. Photos — importing media and saving finished videos. Speech recognition — generating captions on the device. All permissions are optional and can be revoked in iOS Settings.
Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari / Third-party services
Uchinchi tomon SDK’lari yo‘q. Faqat Apple’ning tizim framework’lari ishlatiladi.
No third-party SDKs. Only Apple system frameworks are used.
Saqlash muddati / Data retention
Loyihalar siz ularni o‘chirmaguningizcha yoki ilovani o‘chirmaguningizcha qurilmada qoladi. Bizda hech qanday nusxa yo‘q.
Projects stay on your device until you delete them or delete the app. We keep no copies.
Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish / Account and data deletion
EVA’da hisob yo‘q, shuning uchun o‘chiriladigan server hisobi ham yo‘q. Loyihalarni ilova ichida o‘chirishingiz yoki ilovani o‘chirib, barcha ma’lumotlarni yo‘q qilishingiz mumkin. Rasmlar kutubxonasiga eksport qilingan fayllar Rasmlar ilovasida qoladi.
EVA has no accounts, so there is no server account to delete. You can delete projects inside the app, or delete the app to remove all its data. Files exported to your Photos library remain in the Photos app.
Bolalar / Children
EVA hech kimdan, shu jumladan bolalardan ham shaxsiy ma’lumot yig‘maydi.
EVA collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Xavfsizlik va huquqlaringiz / Security and your rights
Biz shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida boshqalarga bermaymiz. Ma’lumotlarni faqat ilova ishlashi uchun kerakli xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar bilan yoki qonun talab qilganda ulashamiz. Siz o‘z ma’lumotlaringizni ko‘rish, tuzatish, nusxasini olish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin (jumladan O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risida”gi qonuni asosida) — buning uchun quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing. Hech bir tizim 100% xavfsiz emas, lekin biz ma’lumotlarni ruxsatsiz kirishdan himoya qilish uchun oqilona choralar ko‘ramiz.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data (including under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”) by writing to quvondiq0318@icloud.com. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
O‘zgarishlar / Changes to this policy
Siyosat yangilanganda ushbu sahifadagi “Oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi o‘zgaradi. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova yoki shu sahifa orqali xabar beramiz.
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date on this page. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
