Ishlab chiquvchi / Who we are
Ikkinchi ilovasi (uz.zargo.ikkinchi) mustaqil dasturchi Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, O‘zbekiston) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan va boshqariladi. Ushbu siyosatda “biz” deganda shu dasturchi nazarda tutiladi. Ikkinchi — O‘zbekistondagi kattalar uchun oila qurish va ikkinchi nikoh maqsadidagi tanishuv ilovasi (https://ikkinchi.uz).
Ikkinchi (uz.zargo.ikkinchi) is developed and operated by the independent developer Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, Uzbekistan). “We”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean this developer. Ikkinchi is a matchmaking app for adults in Uzbekistan who want to build a family or remarry (https://ikkinchi.uz).
Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi va nima uchun / What data we collect and why
- Hisob: telefon raqami (SMS kod bilan tasdiqlanadi) va parol (xeshlangan). Yoki Apple, Google yoki Telegram orqali kirsangiz, shu xizmat bergan identifikator, ism va email.
- Profil: ism, tug‘ilgan sana/yosh, jins, shahar, profil rasmlari, qisqa video yoki ovozli taqdimot (ixtiyoriy), o‘zingiz haqingizda matn va oilaviy maqsad teglari. Profil boshqa foydalanuvchilarga ko‘rsatiladi.
- Joylashuv: faqat ruxsat bersangiz, yaqin atrofdagi profillarni ko‘rsatish va masofani hisoblash uchun. Boshqalarga aniq manzilingiz emas, taxminiy masofa ko‘rsatiladi.
- Muloqot va xavfsizlik: yoqtirishlar, juftliklar (match), xabarlar, shikoyatlar, bloklar va fikr-mulohazalar. Ular xizmatni ishlatish, xavfsizlik va suiiste’molni to‘xtatish uchun kerak.
- Texnik: qurilma modeli, ilova versiyasi, IP manzil va xatolar jurnali — xavfsizlik va barqarorlik uchun.
Face ID / passkey bilan kirish qurilmangizda Apple tomonidan tekshiriladi. Biometrik ma’lumotlar bizga yuborilmaydi. Biz reklama identifikatorini yig‘maymiz va sizni kuzatmaymiz.
- Account: phone number (verified with an SMS code) and password (hashed). If you sign in with Apple, Google or Telegram: the identifier, name and email that provider shares.
- Profile: name, birth date/age, gender, city, profile photos, an optional short video or voice intro, your bio and family-intent tags. Your profile is shown to other users.
- Location: only with your permission, to show nearby profiles and calculate distance. Others see an approximate distance, not your exact location.
- Interactions and safety: likes, matches, messages, reports, blocks and feedback. These are needed to run the service, keep people safe and stop abuse.
- Technical: device model, app version, IP address and error logs — for security and reliability.
Face ID / passkey sign-in is verified on your device by Apple. Biometric data is never sent to us. We do not collect the advertising identifier and do not track you.
Qurilma ruxsatlari / Device permissions
Kamera, mikrofon va rasmlar — faqat siz profil rasmi, video yoki ovoz qo‘shganingizda. Joylashuv — yaqin atrofdagi profillar uchun (ruxsat bersangiz). Face ID — tez kirish uchun (ixtiyoriy).
Camera, microphone and photos — only when you add a profile photo, video or voice. Location — for nearby profiles (if you allow it). Face ID — optional quick sign-in.
Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari / Third-party services
- SYS DC (sysdc.uz) — O‘zbekistondagi hosting provayderi, serverlarimiz va ma’lumotlar bazamiz shu yerda joylashgan (ikkinchi.uz serverlari).
- Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In va Telegram Login — faqat siz shu usulni tanlasangiz.
- OpenStreetMap — xarita plitalarini yuklash (IP manzilingiz OSM serverlariga ko‘rinadi).
- SMS provayderi — tasdiqlash kodini yuborish uchun telefon raqamingizni oladi.
Ilovada Firebase, reklama yoki uchinchi tomon analitika SDK’lari yo‘q.
- SYS DC (sysdc.uz) — our hosting provider in Uzbekistan, where our servers and databases run (ikkinchi.uz servers).
- Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In and Telegram Login — only if you choose that method.
- OpenStreetMap — loads map tiles (your IP address is visible to OSM servers).
- An SMS provider — receives your phone number to deliver the verification code.
The app has no Firebase, advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Saqlash muddati / Data retention
- Profil va hisob ma’lumotlari — hisobingiz faol ekan.
- Hisob o‘chirilgach — 30 kun ichida o‘chiriladi yoki anonimlashtiriladi. Xavfsizlik uchun shikoyat va bloklash yozuvlari suiiste’molning oldini olish maqsadida 12 oygacha saqlanishi mumkin.
- Texnik jurnallar — odatda 30 kungacha.
- Profile and account data — while your account is active.
- After account deletion — deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Report and block records may be kept for up to 12 months for safety and abuse prevention.
- Technical logs — typically up to 30 days.
Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish / Account and data deletion
Ilova ichida: Profil → “Hisobni o‘chirish” → parolingizni kiriting va tasdiqlang. Hisobingiz va profilingiz darhol yopiladi va 30 kun ichida butunlay o‘chiriladi.
Yoki support@ikkinchi.uz manziliga ro‘yxatdan o‘tgan telefon raqamingizni ko‘rsatib yozing.
In the app: Profile → “Hisobni o‘chirish” (Delete account) → enter your password and confirm. Your account and profile are closed immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.
Or email support@ikkinchi.uz with your registered phone number.
Bolalar / Children
Ikkinchi faqat 18 yoshdan katta foydalanuvchilar uchun. Biz voyaga yetmaganlardan ongli ravishda ma’lumot yig‘maymiz va bunday hisoblarni o‘chiramiz. Bolalarga nisbatan har qanday jinsiy ekspluatatsiya va zo‘ravonlikka (CSAE) nisbatan qat’iy nol tolerantlik siyosatimiz bor. Shikoyatlar: safety@ikkinchi.uz.
Ikkinchi is only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and delete such accounts. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Reports: safety@ikkinchi.uz.
Xavfsizlik va huquqlaringiz / Security and your rights
Biz shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida boshqalarga bermaymiz. Ma’lumotlarni faqat ilova ishlashi uchun kerakli xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar bilan yoki qonun talab qilganda ulashamiz. Ma’lumotlar HTTPS orqali uzatiladi, parollar xeshlanadi, tokenlar qurilmaning xavfsiz xotirasida saqlanadi. Siz o‘z ma’lumotlaringizni ko‘rish, tuzatish, nusxasini olish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin (jumladan O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risida”gi qonuni asosida) — buning uchun support@ikkinchi.uz yoki quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing. Hech bir tizim 100% xavfsiz emas, lekin biz ma’lumotlarni ruxsatsiz kirishdan himoya qilish uchun oqilona choralar ko‘ramiz.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed and tokens are kept in the device’s secure storage. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data (including under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”) by writing to support@ikkinchi.uz or quvondiq0318@icloud.com. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
O‘zgarishlar / Changes to this policy
Siyosat yangilanganda ushbu sahifadagi “Oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi o‘zgaradi. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova yoki shu sahifa orqali xabar beramiz.
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date on this page. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
