Ishlab chiquvchi / Who we are
inBaraka ilovasi (uz.zargo.inbaraka) mustaqil dasturchi Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, O‘zbekiston) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan va boshqariladi. Ushbu siyosatda “biz” deganda shu dasturchi nazarda tutiladi. inBaraka — e’lonlar, savdo-sotiq, hikoyalar (stories), chat va hamyon funksiyalariga ega marketplace ilovasi (backend: https://barakali.uz).
inBaraka (uz.zargo.inbaraka) is developed and operated by the independent developer Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, Uzbekistan). “We”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean this developer. inBaraka is a marketplace app with listings, buying and selling, stories, chat and wallet features (backend: https://barakali.uz).
Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi va nima uchun / What data we collect and why
- Hisob: telefon raqami yoki email, parol (xeshlangan), SMS/email tasdiqlash kodi. Yoki Google yoki Apple orqali kirsangiz, shu xizmat bergan identifikator, ism va email.
- Profil: ism, foydalanuvchi nomi, profil rasmi, manzillar, bog‘langan hisoblar va kirilgan qurilmalar ro‘yxati.
- E’lonlar va kontent: e’lon matni, narxi, rasmlari va videolari, hikoyalar, izohlar, sharhlar va reytinglar. Ommaviy kontent boshqalarga ko‘rinadi.
- Xabarlar: xaridor va sotuvchi o‘rtasidagi chat, narx takliflari va ovozli xabarlar.
- Joylashuv: faqat ruxsat bersangiz, e’lonlar va yaqin atrofdagi foydalanuvchilarni xaritada ko‘rsatish uchun.
- Hamyon va tranzaksiyalar: balans, tranzaksiyalar tarixi va portfel ma’lumotlari. Ular hamyon funksiyalarini ishlatish va firibgarlikka qarshi kurash uchun kerak.
- Qurilma va bildirishnomalar: push-bildirishnoma tokeni (Firebase Cloud Messaging), qurilma modeli, ilova versiyasi, IP manzil va onlayn holat.
Face ID bilan kirish qurilmada Apple tomonidan tekshiriladi, biometrik ma’lumot bizga kelmaydi. Biz reklama identifikatorini yig‘maymiz va sizni boshqa ilovalarda kuzatmaymiz.
- Account: phone number or email, password (hashed) and SMS/email verification codes. If you sign in with Google or Apple: the identifier, name and email that provider shares.
- Profile: name, username, profile photo, addresses, linked accounts and the list of signed-in devices.
- Listings and content: listing text, price, photos and videos, stories, comments, reviews and ratings. Public content is visible to others.
- Messages: buyer–seller chat, price offers and voice messages.
- Location: only with your permission, to show listings and nearby users on the map.
- Wallet and transactions: balance, transaction history and portfolio data. These are needed to provide wallet features and prevent fraud.
- Device and notifications: push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), device model, app version, IP address and online status.
Face ID sign-in is verified on the device by Apple; no biometric data reaches us. We do not collect the advertising identifier and do not track you across other apps.
Qurilma ruxsatlari / Device permissions
Kamera va rasmlar — e’lon, hikoya va profil rasmlari uchun. Mikrofon — ovozli xabarlar uchun. Joylashuv — xarita va yaqin atrofdagi e’lonlar uchun. Face ID — tez kirish uchun. Bildirishnomalar — xabar va takliflar haqida.
Camera and photos — for listing, story and profile images. Microphone — for voice messages. Location — for the map and nearby listings. Face ID — quick sign-in. Notifications — about messages and offers.
Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari / Third-party services
- SYS DC (sysdc.uz) — O‘zbekistondagi hosting provayderi, serverlarimiz va ma’lumotlar bazamiz shu yerda joylashgan (barakali.uz serverlari).
- Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — push-bildirishnomalarni yetkazish uchun qurilma tokenini qayta ishlaydi.
- Google Sign-In va Sign in with Apple — faqat siz shu usulni tanlasangiz.
- OpenStreetMap — xarita plitalari (IP manzil OSM serverlariga ko‘rinadi).
- SMS/email provayderlari — tasdiqlash kodlarini yuborish uchun.
- SYS DC (sysdc.uz) — our hosting provider in Uzbekistan, where our servers and databases run (barakali.uz servers).
- Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — processes a device token to deliver push notifications.
- Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple — only if you choose that method.
- OpenStreetMap — map tiles (your IP address is visible to OSM servers).
- SMS/email providers — to deliver verification codes.
Saqlash muddati / Data retention
- Hisob, e’lonlar va xabarlar — hisobingiz faol ekan yoki siz ularni o‘chirmaguningizcha.
- Hikoyalar — muddati tugagach (odatda 24 soat) ko‘rinmaydi.
- Tranzaksiya yozuvlari qonunda talab qilingan muddatgacha saqlanishi mumkin. Boshqa ma’lumotlar hisob o‘chirilgach 30 kun ichida o‘chiriladi.
- Account, listings and messages — while your account is active or until you delete them.
- Stories — hidden after they expire (typically 24 hours).
- Transaction records may be kept for as long as the law requires. Everything else is deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish / Account and data deletion
Hisobingizni va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish uchun support@inbaraka.uz manziliga ilovada ro‘yxatdan o‘tgan telefon raqamingiz yoki email manzilingizni ko‘rsatib, “Hisobni o‘chirish” mavzusida xat yuboring. Egalikni tasdiqlaganimizdan so‘ng hisobingiz, profilingiz va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlar 30 kun ichida o‘chiriladi yoki qaytarib bo‘lmaydigan tarzda anonimlashtiriladi. E’lonlaringizni istalgan vaqtda ilovaning o‘zida o‘chirishingiz mumkin.
To delete your account and associated data, email support@inbaraka.uz with the subject “Delete my account” from, or mentioning, the phone number or email registered in the app. After we verify ownership, your account, profile and associated data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days. You can delete your listings at any time in the app.
Bolalar / Children
inBaraka 13 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalarga mo‘ljallanmagan va biz ulardan ongli ravishda ma’lumot yig‘maymiz. Savdo va hamyon funksiyalari qonuniy yoshdagi foydalanuvchilar uchun.
inBaraka is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Trading and wallet features are for users of legal age.
Xavfsizlik va huquqlaringiz / Security and your rights
Biz shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida boshqalarga bermaymiz. Ma’lumotlarni faqat ilova ishlashi uchun kerakli xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar bilan yoki qonun talab qilganda ulashamiz. Ma’lumotlar HTTPS orqali uzatiladi, parollar xeshlanadi, tokenlar qurilmaning xavfsiz xotirasida saqlanadi. Siz o‘z ma’lumotlaringizni ko‘rish, tuzatish, nusxasini olish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin (jumladan O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risida”gi qonuni asosida) — buning uchun support@inbaraka.uz yoki quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing. Hech bir tizim 100% xavfsiz emas, lekin biz ma’lumotlarni ruxsatsiz kirishdan himoya qilish uchun oqilona choralar ko‘ramiz.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed and tokens are kept in the device’s secure storage. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data (including under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”) by writing to support@inbaraka.uz or quvondiq0318@icloud.com. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
O‘zgarishlar / Changes to this policy
Siyosat yangilanganda ushbu sahifadagi “Oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi o‘zgaradi. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova yoki shu sahifa orqali xabar beramiz.
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date on this page. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
