Ishlab chiquvchi / Who we are
MyDokon ilovasi (uz.mydokon.mydokon) mustaqil dasturchi Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, O‘zbekiston) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan va boshqariladi. Ushbu siyosatda “biz” deganda shu dasturchi nazarda tutiladi. MyDokon — do‘kon mijozlari uchun ilova: mahsulotlar katalogi, shtrix-kod orqali qidirish, buyurtmalar, to‘lovlar va foizsiz muddatli to‘lov (nasiya), shuningdek qo‘llab-quvvatlash chati.
MyDokon (uz.mydokon.mydokon) is developed and operated by the independent developer Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, Uzbekistan). “We”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean this developer. MyDokon is a store customer app: product catalogue, barcode lookup, orders, payments and interest-free instalments (nasiya), plus a support chat.
Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi va nima uchun / What data we collect and why
- Hisob: telefon raqami, SMS tasdiqlash kodi, ism va parol (xeshlangan) — ro‘yxatdan o‘tish va kirish uchun.
- Xaridlar: savat, buyurtmalar, to‘lovlar va muddatli to‘lov jadvali, promo-kodlar, sevimlilar, ko‘rilgan mahsulotlar va sharhlar — buyurtmani bajarish va xarid tarixini ko‘rsatish uchun.
- Qo‘llab-quvvatlash chati: do‘kon bilan yozishmalaringiz.
- Shaxsni tasdiqlash (faqat muddatli to‘lovda): pasport rasmi, pasportdagi F.I.Sh., seriya/raqam va tug‘ilgan sana, shuningdek “jonlilik” tekshiruvi uchun selfi video va rasm. Bu firibgarlikning oldini olish va nasiya shartnomasini rasmiylashtirish uchun kerak. Pasport matnini o‘qish (OCR) va yuzni aniqlash qurilmaning o‘zida bajariladi. So‘ng pasport rasmi, selfi va natija ballari do‘kon xodimi tekshirishi uchun serverimizga yuboriladi.
- Qurilma: push-bildirishnoma tokeni (Firebase Cloud Messaging), ilova versiyasi va IP manzil.
Shtrix-kod skanerlash qurilmada bajariladi, kamera tasviri serverga yuborilmaydi. Biz reklama identifikatorini yig‘maymiz va sizni kuzatmaymiz.
- Account: phone number, SMS verification code, name and password (hashed) — to register and sign in.
- Purchases: cart, orders, payments and instalment schedule, promo codes, favourites, viewed products and reviews — to fulfil orders and show your purchase history.
- Support chat: your messages with the store.
- Identity verification (instalment purchases only): a passport photo, the full name, series/number and birth date from the passport, and a selfie video and photo for a liveness check. This is needed to prevent fraud and set up the instalment (nasiya) contract. Passport text recognition (OCR) and face detection run on the device. The passport photo, selfie and resulting scores are then uploaded to our server for review by store staff.
- Device: push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), app version and IP address.
Barcode scanning runs on the device; camera frames are not uploaded. We do not collect the advertising identifier and do not track you.
Qurilma ruxsatlari / Device permissions
Kamera — shtrix-kod skanerlash, pasport va selfi tekshiruvi. Mikrofon — selfi video uchun. Rasmlar — rasm tanlash va saqlash. Face ID — ilovani qulflash/ochish (ixtiyoriy). Bildirishnomalar — buyurtma va to‘lov eslatmalari.
Camera — barcode scanning, passport and selfie verification. Microphone — for the selfie video. Photos — choosing and saving images. Face ID — optional app unlock. Notifications — order and payment reminders.
Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari / Third-party services
- MyDokon serverlari (kinochiaka.uz) — hisob, buyurtma va tasdiqlash ma’lumotlari shu yerda saqlanadi.
- Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — push-bildirishnomalar uchun qurilma tokeni.
- Google ML Kit (matn va yuzni aniqlash) — qurilmada ishlaydi. Google’ga faqat cheklangan anonim unumdorlik/diagnostika ma’lumotlari yuborilishi mumkin, rasmlar yuborilmaydi.
- SMS provayderi — tasdiqlash kodini yuborish uchun.
- MyDokon servers (kinochiaka.uz) — account, order and verification data are stored here.
- Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — device token for push notifications.
- Google ML Kit (text and face detection) — runs on the device. Only limited anonymous performance/diagnostic data may be sent to Google, never your images.
- An SMS provider — to deliver verification codes.
Saqlash muddati / Data retention
- Hisob va xaridlar tarixi — hisobingiz faol ekan.
- Shaxsni tasdiqlash hujjatlari — muddatli to‘lov shartnomangiz amal qilguncha va undan keyin qonunda talab qilingan muddatgacha. So‘ng o‘chiriladi. Tasdiqlash rad etilsa — 90 kun ichida o‘chiriladi.
- Hisob o‘chirilgach — qolgan ma’lumotlar 30 kun ichida o‘chiriladi (ochiq qarzdorlik yoki qonuniy saqlash talabi bo‘lmasa).
- Account and purchase history — while your account is active.
- Identity verification documents — for the life of your instalment contract and then for as long as the law requires, after which they are deleted. If verification is rejected, they are deleted within 90 days.
- After account deletion — remaining data is deleted within 30 days (unless there is an open balance or a legal retention duty).
Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish / Account and data deletion
Hisobingizni va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish uchun quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga ilovada ro‘yxatdan o‘tgan telefon raqamingiz yoki email manzilingizni ko‘rsatib, “Hisobni o‘chirish” mavzusida xat yuboring. Egalikni tasdiqlaganimizdan so‘ng hisobingiz, profilingiz va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlar 30 kun ichida o‘chiriladi yoki qaytarib bo‘lmaydigan tarzda anonimlashtiriladi. Ochiq muddatli to‘lov qarzdorligi bo‘lsa, shartnomaga oid yozuvlar qonunda belgilangan muddatgacha saqlanadi.
To delete your account and associated data, email quvondiq0318@icloud.com with the subject “Delete my account” from, or mentioning, the phone number or email registered in the app. After we verify ownership, your account, profile and associated data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days. If you have an open instalment balance, contract records are kept for the period required by law.
Bolalar / Children
MyDokon 13 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalarga mo‘ljallanmagan. Shaxsni tasdiqlash va muddatli to‘lov faqat 18 yoshdan katta foydalanuvchilar uchun.
MyDokon is not intended for children under 13. Identity verification and instalment purchases are only for users aged 18+.
Xavfsizlik va huquqlaringiz / Security and your rights
Biz shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida boshqalarga bermaymiz. Ma’lumotlarni faqat ilova ishlashi uchun kerakli xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar bilan yoki qonun talab qilganda ulashamiz. Ma’lumotlar HTTPS orqali uzatiladi, tokenlar qurilmaning xavfsiz xotirasida saqlanadi. Tasdiqlash hujjatlariga faqat vakolatli xodimlar kira oladi. Siz o‘z ma’lumotlaringizni ko‘rish, tuzatish, nusxasini olish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin (jumladan O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risida”gi qonuni asosida) — buning uchun quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing. Hech bir tizim 100% xavfsiz emas, lekin biz ma’lumotlarni ruxsatsiz kirishdan himoya qilish uchun oqilona choralar ko‘ramiz.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and tokens are kept in secure device storage. Only authorised staff can access verification documents. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data (including under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”) by writing to quvondiq0318@icloud.com. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
O‘zgarishlar / Changes to this policy
Siyosat yangilanganda ushbu sahifadagi “Oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi o‘zgaradi. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova yoki shu sahifa orqali xabar beramiz.
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date on this page. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
