Ishlab chiquvchi / Who we are
Uyla ilovasi (com.uyla.uylaMobile) mustaqil dasturchi Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, O‘zbekiston) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan va boshqariladi. Ushbu siyosatda “biz” deganda shu dasturchi nazarda tutiladi. Uyla — yangi uylar/kvartiralarni qidirish, band qilish, ariza topshirish, xarid shartnomasi bo‘yicha to‘lovlar, nuqsonlar haqida xabar berish va uyni qabul qilish ilovasi.
Uyla (com.uyla.uylaMobile) is developed and operated by the independent developer Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, Uzbekistan). “We”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean this developer. Uyla is an app to search and reserve new apartments, submit applications, pay contract instalments, report defects and arrange handover.
Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi va nima uchun / What data we collect and why
- Hisob: email va parol (xeshlangan) — tizimga kirish uchun. Ism va telefon raqami — profil va aloqa uchun.
- Arizalar va bron: siz qiziqqan yoki band qilgan kvartira, ariza shaklidagi telefon raqami va izohlar — sotuv bo‘limi siz bilan bog‘lanishi uchun.
- Xaridor ma’lumotlari: shartnoma, to‘lov jadvali va to‘lovlar holati, nuqson haqidagi murojaatlar (toifa, sarlavha, tavsif) va uyni qabul qilish so‘rovlari.
- Texnik: IP manzil, ilova versiyasi va server jurnallari — xavfsizlik va xatolarni tuzatish uchun.
To‘lov kartasi ma’lumotlari ilovada kiritilmaydi va bizda saqlanmaydi. To‘lovlar Payme orqali amalga oshiriladi. Biz joylashuv, kontaktlar yoki reklama identifikatorini yig‘maymiz.
- Account: email and password (hashed) — to sign in. Name and phone number — for your profile and contact.
- Applications and reservations: the apartment you are interested in or reserved, the phone number and notes in the application form — so the sales team can contact you.
- Buyer data: contract, payment schedule and payment status, defect reports (category, title, description) and handover requests.
- Technical: IP address, app version and server logs — for security and debugging.
Card details are not entered in the app and are not stored by us. Payments are processed by Payme. We do not collect location, contacts or the advertising identifier.
Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari / Third-party services
- Uyla serverlari O‘zbekistonda joylashgan (bizning o‘z serverimiz, trafik Cloudflare orqali himoyalanadi).
- Payme — to‘lovlarni qayta ishlash (o‘z maxfiylik siyosati asosida).
Ilovada Firebase, reklama yoki analitika SDK’lari yo‘q.
- Uyla servers are located in Uzbekistan (our own server; traffic is protected by Cloudflare).
- Payme — payment processing (under its own privacy policy).
The app has no Firebase, advertising or analytics SDKs.
Saqlash muddati / Data retention
- Hisob ma’lumotlari — hisobingiz faol ekan.
- Shartnoma va to‘lov yozuvlari — qonunda (buxgalteriya va soliq) talab qilingan muddatgacha.
- Boshqa ma’lumotlar — hisob o‘chirilgach 30 kun ichida o‘chiriladi.
- Account data — while your account is active.
- Contract and payment records — for as long as the law (accounting and tax) requires.
- Other data — deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish / Account and data deletion
Hisobingizni va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish uchun support@uyla.uz manziliga ilovada ro‘yxatdan o‘tgan telefon raqamingiz yoki email manzilingizni ko‘rsatib, “Hisobni o‘chirish” mavzusida xat yuboring. Egalikni tasdiqlaganimizdan so‘ng hisobingiz, profilingiz va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlar 30 kun ichida o‘chiriladi yoki qaytarib bo‘lmaydigan tarzda anonimlashtiriladi. Qonun bo‘yicha saqlanishi shart bo‘lgan shartnoma yozuvlari belgilangan muddat tugagach o‘chiriladi.
To delete your account and associated data, email support@uyla.uz with the subject “Delete my account” from, or mentioning, the phone number or email registered in the app. After we verify ownership, your account, profile and associated data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days. Contract records that must be kept by law are deleted when the retention period ends.
Bolalar / Children
Uyla ko‘chmas mulk xaridi uchun mo‘ljallangan va 18 yoshdan katta foydalanuvchilarga qaratilgan. Biz bolalardan ongli ravishda ma’lumot yig‘maymiz.
Uyla is designed for real-estate purchases and is aimed at users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Xavfsizlik va huquqlaringiz / Security and your rights
Biz shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida boshqalarga bermaymiz. Ma’lumotlarni faqat ilova ishlashi uchun kerakli xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar bilan yoki qonun talab qilganda ulashamiz. Ma’lumotlar HTTPS orqali uzatiladi va parollar xeshlanadi. Siz o‘z ma’lumotlaringizni ko‘rish, tuzatish, nusxasini olish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin (jumladan O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risida”gi qonuni asosida) — buning uchun support@uyla.uz yoki quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing. Hech bir tizim 100% xavfsiz emas, lekin biz ma’lumotlarni ruxsatsiz kirishdan himoya qilish uchun oqilona choralar ko‘ramiz.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and passwords are hashed. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data (including under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”) by writing to support@uyla.uz or quvondiq0318@icloud.com. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
O‘zgarishlar / Changes to this policy
Siyosat yangilanganda ushbu sahifadagi “Oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi o‘zgaradi. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova yoki shu sahifa orqali xabar beramiz.
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date on this page. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
